Carolina Day School In-Kind Donation Form Redesign

In updating the brand and communications for the CDS Advancement Office, I rolled out new In-Kind Donation Forms to be used by staff and volunteers alike, consistently branded yet customizable for each event. These redesigned forms were created utilizing Adobe InDesign.
